Vendor Meeting Request

Thank you for your inquiry and/or meeting request. The Prince George’s County Government Office of Information Technology (OIT) would be pleased to have a discussion with you during an upcoming Vendor Wednesday. In preparation for the meeting, OIT requests that all meetings be preceded by a response to a few questions (Meeting Questionnaire below). We ask for these responses prior to the scheduled meeting so they can be shared with potential attendees that may have an interest in the subject matter and information exchange.

OIT has found this method useful in making these half hour long dialogs targeted and an effective use of the time. Your written response should be as specific to the issues as possible and not simply general marketing as it defeats the purpose of the pre-work requested. We also insist that all information shared must be "public domain". Additionally, if the organization is already being considered through a Request for Proposal (RFP), Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR) or other competitive engagement, the meeting must be delayed until that competition is completed. Please disclose any current engagements that may result in a deferral of the meeting. Due to the heavy volume of meeting requests received, our policy is to not schedule follow-up meetings. You are more than welcome to monitor the CATS II forecast for upcoming IT related opportunities.
